Use of the service
You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or others’ data.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Subscriptions
Access to the platform is provided on a subscription basis as agreed in your plan. Fees, branches and users are as set out in your order.
Intellectual property
The platform, its software and content are owned by INAIVIA Technologies and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
